And, it’s another one of the many restaurants you can choose to patronize on October 22 to support 50 Cents Period! This is what Benedicte Cooper, the generous and enthusiastic owner, has to say about why she’s supporting the cause:

As a native of France a country with a strong public school system, I feel very fortunate to have received a good education. Living now here in Atlanta, I appreciate that my daughter can get a good education as well. I know little girls elsewhere in the world are not as fortunate as we are and do not have the same opportunities. I would do anything I could to help children attend school, be literate and expand their horizons. Cafe Alsace is supporting 50 Cents Period by donating 10% of the total sales October 22nd, 50% of the sales of a special red Cotes du Rhone wine and 50% of the sales of a red raspberry Bread Pudding served with a raspberry coulis.
